If your analysis is being used to assess a general market you will provide a zip code (required) and some attributes of the property you may purchase such as bedrooms, bathrooms, STR guest capacity and estimated purchase price.
Upon checkout you will receive a link via email to a form that will capture all details needed to begin your analysis. Once submitted, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the analysis to be completed.
DELIVERY
Your analysis will come in the form of a dynamic pdf file via email. This single document will include all findings, forecasts and explanations. The file will include active links to the comparable listings used for the forecasts and ROI projections in your STR Analysis.
